This document explains what personal data Innova Solar may process when you visit innovasolarmx.com, request information or a quote, or contact us through WhatsApp, phone or email.

Information still needed for legal finalization: Mexican law requires the identity and domicile of the controller. This version identifies La Paz, BCS as the contact location because the full physical business address is not available in the current project information. A final legal version should include street, number, neighborhood and postal code.

2. Personal data we may process

The website currently has no proprietary registration form and does not process card payments online. Most identifiable information is obtained when you choose to contact us or provide information for a project assessment.

Identity and contactName, phone number, email address and information you voluntarily include in a conversation.
Project informationProperty or project location, photographs, site characteristics, property type, energy requirements, loads and equipment you want to power, usage schedules and technical information needed to size a solution.
CFE informationIf voluntarily provided: information shown on CFE bills, such as account holder, service address, service number, tariff, consumption history, kWh and billed amounts.
Commercial relationshipInformation needed to prepare proposals, coordinate visits, perform installation, provide support, manage warranties, billing and legal or contractual obligations.
Technical browsing dataIP address, browser, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referral source, timestamps, interaction events and approximate location inferred from technical data when processed by analytics and infrastructure services.

Sensitive data

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data through this website. Please avoid sending health, biometric, ideological, ethnic-origin, sexual-life or other sensitive information unless it is strictly necessary for a specific request.

  • Manage a contractual relationship and comply with administrative, tax or legal obligations.
  • Protect site security, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems.

Secondary purposes

  • Measure website usage and improve content, navigation and user experience.
  • Understand in aggregate which pages, services, projects or calls to action receive the most interest.
  • Provide commercial follow-up or information about Innova Solar solutions where a relationship or valid consent allows it.

4. Cookies, Google Tag Manager and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags and may use Google Analytics to understand statistically how the website is used. We also use Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, including hosting and content-delivery services. As part of technical operation, infrastructure may process information necessary to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose errors.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may cause certain measurements or functions to operate differently.

Note: Google Tag Manager is a tag-management system; the specific cookies or identifiers used depend on the tags configured inside the container.

5. Service providers, external links and transfers

We may rely on technology providers acting as processors or service providers, including AWS infrastructure and Google services. Depending on provider infrastructure, certain technical processing may occur outside Mexico.

When you follow a link to WhatsApp/Meta, Instagram, Google, equipment manufacturers or other external websites, you leave our website and subsequent processing is also governed by those third parties' privacy notices and policies.

We may disclose data to technical providers, authorized personnel or professionals involved in assessment, installation, support or performance of a contractual relationship only where necessary for the relevant purpose and subject to confidentiality duties. We may also disclose information where required by law, competent authority or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

We do not sell personal databases to advertisers.

6. Retention and security

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to a request, maintain a commercial relationship, provide support and comply with legal, tax, contractual or legal-defense obligations.
